This one is so easy!
Simply wash your zucchini and cut off the ends. Cut in half across the belly, then quarter each half lengthwise.
Brush the zucchini with olive oil and season with your favorite spices. Salt & pepper, Old Bay, Montreal steak seasoning. For more flavor, you can add a splash of soy or teriyaki sauce to the olive oil before brushing.
Grill over direct heat until tender (about 5 minutes on each side).
